PLANET KIDS PRIMARY SCHOOL

Planet Kids Primary School is a private world class school situated in the center of Port Louis, the capital of Mauritius. It offers your child an enjoyable education foundation in a loving and caring atmosphere. We provide a broad and balanced scope of education leading to the Primary School Achievement Certificate (PSAC) from the Ministry of Education.

Our curriculum comprises:
Mathematics, English, French, Science, History and Geography, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Arts & Crafts, Health and Physical Education, Civic and Values Education.

OUR FACILITIES

CURRICULUM

The academic year starts at the beginning of January and ends in mid-November. It is divided into 3 terms as follows:-
1. The first term ends with Easter holidays of approx. 2 weeks.
2. The second term ends with Winter holidays of approx. 4 weeks.
3. The third term ends mid-November for the Summer holidays of approx. 7 weeks.

EXTRA CURRICULUM ACTIVITIES

We also offer extra curriculum activities such as Home Economics, Creative Craft Activities, Zumba, Dance, Body Stretching Workouts, Music, Gardening, Singing, and Drama. We make our classes as lively as possible for children, by making them participating actively across the various themes in the Curriculum.

EDUCATIONAL TRIPS

Educational field trips are organized 2-3 times during the academic year. It is a nice and fun way of learning for children and they love being outside of school, experimenting and making new discoveries.
